Once a customer chooses and books their desired product, we deliver the product to their given delivery address within 7-30 days of booking confirmation.
Customers can cancel their booking within the first 48 hrs of order. After 48 hrs, no such claims regarding cancellation or refund will be entertained.
After the booking, customers must complete the full payment within the first 48 hrs of booking. Failing to do so will cancel their booking, and the customer will not be eligible for any refunds or claims.
Suppose that a customer gets delivered a wrong product or does not want the product anymore. In that case, they can apply for a refund within 48 hrs of delivery. The refund will be credited to their given bank account in 3-7 business days, after the deduction of shipping and delivery charges.
We do not take responsibility for goods that have been damaged after delivery due to poor handling or storage.
